Some web sites highlight words on the page if you came to that page from a search engine. This style removes that highlighting. It should work on sites powered by WordPress, sites using fucoder Keyword Highlight and any other site that wraps the highlighted term in .
When you come to a web site from a Google search and that web site is using a Wiki system called Trac, the terms you searched for in Google are highlighted on the page. This style disables the highlighting on any web site using the same conventions as Trac.
Removes both of the SPONSORED LINKS sections on the search results page, both the light blue horizontal bar above the web search results and the vertical ad bar on the right.
This script removes the top and bottom banners and hides the section names. This presents a clean headlines-only view of Slashdot that should fit on a single page if you have a large screen. I recommend using this with the new "Abbreviated" Slashdot view in "Low-bandwidth mode". You can configure this by going to http://slashdot.org/users.pl?op=edithome, checking the "Low Bandwidth" box and clicking on the middle radio button next to the words "All Sections" under the Customize Stories on the Homepage heading.
The style displays each article's heading in a larger font, while hiding the section title and article introduction. It's assumed you'll use this in conjunction with the "Abbreviated" home page view which can be enabled in your Slashdot preferences. This is similar to my other style, Slashdot Headlines Only, but feels a bit more like Slashdot (while taking up more space).
Removes all of the advertisements from The Age web site.
Hide the videos that accompany some news articles.
If you've disabled underlining links in your browser, it will be difficult to notice links on Slashdot. Add this style to force the links to be underlined for Slashdot only.
