This is the FF3+Glasser: Vista OS integration small from Kupfel that I tweaked to align with Windows Explorer Navigation Toolbar. Credit goes to Kupfel for updating the original Style and I just saw the differences in Beyond Compare and applied where applicable so that switching between Firefox and Windows Explorer shows that everything aligns properly. This looks especially good with the Vista Styles included in Glasser Extras and the newly created FF3: IE7 Style Tabs One additional note: I have the menu bar hidden by default in both Windows Explorer as well as Firefox. I am using Hide Menubar as it is very lightweight and most of my bookmarks are in folders on the bookmark toolbar.
