Adblock Plus: button icons (w/ CuteMenus SVG)

Adds Images to Adblock Plus preferences window. Requires CuteMenus - Crystal SVG to work. If you don't have that extension, then use Adblock Plus: menu/button icons (w/o CuteMenus). Inspired by the style series by ChoGGi. Most images and some code from CuteMenus - Crystal SVG. 2006-10-02: Updated for CuteMenus - Crystal SVG 1.5 (Removed a lot of now-unnecessary code and changed to new icon application method.) 2006-10-02-2: Added missing context menu icons. 2006-10-09: Updated for CuteMenus - Crystal SVG 1.5.1 (Changed icon application method slightly and changed a few icon locations.) Fixed slight incompatibility with Gecko - menu icons (w/ CuteMenus SVG) (Obsolete) (fix probably would've been better done from that style's end [since it was that style's fault, plus it might cause similar issues with other styles in the future], but I have a lot more control over my own style). Skinned filter editor close button. Some minor cleanup. 2006-10-14: Updated for CuteMenus - Crystal SVG 1.5.2 (Cleaned out menuitem-related code, since CM does does al

Adblock Plus: Filter Editor Close Skinned

Adblock Plus is hard-coded to use the Firefox 1.5 default theme close tab button image as the close button for its filter editor. This style makes it use your current theme's close tab button instead. @Wladimir: That may be true if this were just about updating it for Firefox 2.0, but it also has it use the icon from the current theme (for example, if one were to want to use the Qute image), so, I'm still leaving this up for now (Adblock Plus should be able to do this by just giving that image the class "tabs-closebutton", which should work in more cases than this style [all of them in theory]).

Adblock Plus: menu/button icons (w/o CuteMenus)

Adds Images to Adblock Plus preferences window. Does not require CuteMenus - Crystal SVG to work. If you have that extension, then use Adblock Plus: button icons (w/ CuteMenus SVG). Inspired by the style series by ChoGGi. Most images and some code from CuteMenus - Crystal SVG. 2006-10-02: Tried to update to sync with the other version of this style, but it's way too long, considering it's 220458 characters and the max limit is 65000 (it actually hung my computer when I pasted it in my word processor and when I did a word count to find that), so I'll have to get back to that later when I have the time to find drastic ways to get the size down. Well, the average person who'd want something like this would already have CuteMenus SVG anyway....

Adjust Menu Height

Changes the height of the menus. This is a complete rewrite of Adjust menu and separator height and Adjust menu and separator height +PLUS+ by dougeeebear and Fra Diavolo respectively. The main visible differences are that it shouldn't break anything related to themes, extensions, or styles that affect menu appearance; for example this version will not distort the highlights in CuteMenus - Crystal SVG with OfficeXP menus enabled (the issue which gave me the thought to tackle this). 2006-11-08: Added even more comments than before, because this is one style where understanding it actually tends to be important. 2006-11-09: Rewrote the fix to keep iconic and non-iconic items an equal height so it doesn't depend on font size. 2006-11-26: Fixed small problem with my Iconic Menubar - Crystal SVG style as well as the feature in CuteMenus - Crystal SVG 1.8.2 based on it. 2006-11-30: Fixed: items with and without icons have unequal height in some cases with iconic class items having no icon. Fixed: shouldn't affect items on the bookmarks toolbar.

CuteMenus - Alignment Fix

This will fix the issue in the Firefox default theme with menuitems which are not iconified being out of alignment with menuitems which are. 2006-11-06: Fixed incompatibility with most themes/styles/etc. (to my knowledge only one of them [a style, one of mine in fact] left you with any reason to enable this style anyway, but with all the others at least this way you won't have to go turn it off every time you change your setup). Fixed menus (things that open new menupopups when hovered) being very slightly out of alignment with menuitems (things you click). By the way, this is still useful with CuteMenus - Crystal SVG only to fix the alignment of the items at the top of Bookmarks, isn't useful at all with that extension with OfficeXP style menus enabled (and it slightly screws appearance anyway [they use some very conflicting CSS], though not nearly as much as before), and is still to my knowledge completely useful for both of those other CuteMenus extensions as well as without any

CuteMenus - Stylish Edition

Adds icons to certain menu items based on your current theme's buttons with all applicable effects in Firefox 2.0 and up. Also overwrites those items with CuteMenus extensions. Restarting is recommended after installing this style for all effects to work properly. Tested with the default theme, QuBranch, and Winstripe FF Classic. If this doesn't work with your theme, in almost all cases that means the theme doesn't use the same mosaic-style toolbar button icons as the default theme, which I can't do anything about. By the way, mosaic-style icons tend to be faster and more efficient, hence why it's used in the default theme. 2006-10-05: Added several more icons. 2006-10-21: Added even more icons. Quick note: [this is a quick one for me anyway] The more different things I add, the more dependent on the way the default theme works this will become, so it will be easier to break in non-default themes with less differences from default in how they're built. Also, this is rather exper

Dark Style Textboxes

Makes pre and textarea elements white on black. Probably best put to use added to dark-styled sites, or things like those After Hours styles, and stuff. 2006-09-11: Made optional section apply more specifically to the elements it should be applying to. I hadn't really been trying to fix that until now, because... I don't exactly use that part myself. Also forced to only apply to pages and not browser chrome, considering it doesn't work anywhere near correctly on chrome anyway, and there are other better ways to mess with that.

Download Manager Tweak - Fix Launch icon for 2.0+

With the Download Manager Tweak extension and the new default theme in Firefox 2.0, the icon for the Launch button no longer works. This brings it back. Only guaranteed to work with the default theme (was the same in the extension itself pre-Fx2.0), but it has been found to work with several others [including Qute] as well. I didn't include the active state by default for two reasons. The first is that the Downloads button does not include the active state. The second is that many to most themes that do support the standard, hover, and disabled states still do not support the active state. Update - Weishun reminded me of another little bit: I am NOT going to bother attempting to ensure support for every little 2.0-bumped hacked version of DMT, because, for one thing, there's little to no difference between all of them (and the ones closest to fully feature-complete [the one I use is feature-complete minus this icon] all still use the same Ids from the original), and, for anoth

Extend Tabbar Style to Tab Toolbar (w/ TabMixPlus)

If you use the All-in-One Sidebar or Toolbar Control extensions to add toolbars to the tabbar, this will style those toolbars to look like an extension of the tabbar. For Firefox 2 default theme with Tab Mix Plus. 2006-08-30: Initial version. 2007-01-03: Fixed space appearing beneath background image depending on toolbarbutton padding. Added appearance of the bottom bar. Appearance now matches completely. I do plan to do a non-TMP version eventually, however, mainly due to that All Tabs button's appearance, that one can be a bit trickier.
