For those who have the new "look" of youtube, i don't know if there is an option to turn off this annoying button, that's why i use stylish anyway.
I forgot that i have this style on until now, after using someones elses pc to watch a video on youtube i remembered why i removed it, this bar sometimes is useful, but most of the time is just annoying.
