Auto hide sidebar + sidebar on the right

This is a derivate of the Auto hide sidebar style http://userstyles.org/styles/1633 in combination with the code moving the sidebar to the right, which i got from http://userstyles.org/styles/510 The number for margin-right (in #sidebar-box) needs adjustment to the width of your sidebar that you had before installing this style. You can do this by playing around with it and hit "Preview" untill it works :-) or you can find out the width via DOM inspector. See the page for the original style http://userstyles.org/styles/1633 for an explanation. Also the number for margin-right (in #sidebar-splitter) might need a little adjustment depending on your theme... A restart will be needed after first activating this style... Have fun!

Scrollbar hidden / hide scrollbars totally

For people who use the "grab and drag" extension, scrollwheels or scroll functions on touch pads, rather than the scrollbar, simply for people obsessed with screen 'real estate'... It removes scrollbars from everywhere, including textboxes and the like. This is a simple piece of code, but it makes sense to use it in stylish rather than in userchrome/usercontent.css because some people might want to turn this off and on sometimes. I've been using firefox without scrollbars for months now, the only time when i miss them is when i read extremely long texts and would like to have a clue where about in the document I am at the moment. THIS USUALLY NEEDS AT LEAST RELOAD OF PAGE, IN SOME CASES OPENING A NEW TAB OR WINDOW TO TAKE EFFECT.
