very slim look ;) many, many tweaks to have: * practically no margin on menus, * partially translucent background on menuitem hover * background image on menu if you don't like the background image you can replace .popup-internal-box {...} with .popup-internal-box { background: rgba(255,255,255,0.9) !important; padding: 0px !important; margin: -2px !important;} changelog: 0.6 * fixed autoscroll image :) * fixed some margins * fixed missing borders on some menus
UPDATE: there is better looking new version !! VerySlim DownloadStatusbar at http://userstyles.org/styles/20874 very slim look & tweaked to use with dark themed firefox the statistics per cent, speed, etc.. is belowe the name ! very useful ;) because you can have smaller bar and have ALL indicators
based on http://userstyles.org/styles/36923 but with gradient from yellow -> orange -> red but with modification that orange/red isn't visible until like 90% of page loads ;) aka the gradient doesn't scale but it is more visible after each step XD
More visible adressbar popup works only on fx3 and above when you uncomment the last line you get the url without padding from left side
it use round images instead with those rounded with two corners and ugly borders around it this style REMOVES the dropmarker after the buttons you can just click RIGHT mouse button and have the same context menu or you can easily delete the last line and have it just as is ;)
it make the elements on sites more visible by adding: *translucent background to normal, highlighted and focused text, links and images *translucent background to visited links and link images *replaced focus on links and form elements, support for * focus on links [yellow bg] * selected text [yellow bg] * links [green bg] * hovered links [brigher green bg] * visited links [red bg] * hovered visited links [brigher red bg] * javascript links [violet bg] * link images [green outline] * focused images [yellow outline] * focused form elements [red outline] * hovered form elements [green outline] Disables inner border in button MINI version http://userstyles.org/styles/6475 this elements aren't added * links [green bg] * link images [green outline] style is inspired on few articles, http://userstyles.org/styles/305, and many my own version of that style enjoy

NEW version : http://userstyles.org/styles/6473 this style is powered by -moz-column-width and -moz-column-gap and possibly won't work with other browser than Firefox Tested only on Firefox 3 (Minefield 3.0a) DESIGNED to have 500px wide columns. on 1600x1200 there will be 3 columns Extras: * You could have exact numbers of columns by replacing line "-moz-column-width: 500px !important;" with "-moz-column-count: 3;" of course you can change the 3 with your desired number of columns * If you want 'super tight' results remove ',span[class=a]' from the 3rd line from the end [that will make URL inline also copy and similiar links] Supported domains are: google.com google.pl
heavily tweaked v1 http://userstyles.org/styles/3730 changes: - added bottom fixed page list - added support for google image search inappropriate to use in resolution below 1280x1024 [i think] because in 640x480 [tested] top links overplace on each other. optimal resolution is 1680x or 1600x i can't post the screenshot, in css there is probably some ugly code because i haven't enough time to finish it
it changes the height of fullscreen toggle from Fx3 default was 5px but it changes to 1px enjoy ;) now really have 1px height :) (previously 3px) now it doesn't display toolbar background, only a border ;) now it have some dirty 'margin hacks' to crop toggle, I have to find a way to disable border on it and I will add custom color to it ;)
