Styles
This stylesheet hides the right ad block and collapses the right column to a specific maximum width. This stylesheet differs from other existing styles in that it uses relative units (ex) instead of fixed units (px) so that scaling the text size will still work and it does not hide any other elements in the right column. It also does not restrict the message area width. I have specified a maximum width of 17ex because the right column fits without causing horizontal scrolling at a resolution of 1024x768. You can increase the maximum width of the right column, if your resolution allows it or if you don't mind scrolling horizontally, by increasing the value 17 everywhere that it occurs.
