An evolution of iGoogle - Revert to old 'Classic' Theme by Rob Van Dam for a UK audience, but also completely removes the tabs, for those of us who want a static home page with no tabbed content whatsoever. Couldn't include before and after screenshots because I can't be bothered spending an eternity getting them under 75KB.
