Rounded corners, extra padding, extra margin. Should work well with any color scheme. Partial theme colors are applied to look like the screen shots. If you'd like to control the colors then remove the color definitions in the editor.

Chromifox theme modifications that work well with Reluna | Alunamin XP theme style. *** This style is extremely personalize and may look different than my screen shot. I modified the Chromifox theme so that all of the images are gray scale rather than blue-ish. This style does not change the images in the Chromifox theme.
Normalize the font for my "Theme: Chromifox: Extras" userstyle. For some reason the XUL namespace needs to be different so this style can not be included in the afore mentioned userstyle.
