I just migrated to Google Reader and found the Google Reader ("Slate Series") style. The colors were too bold for me and a few other bits and pieces (the sidebar background image, the hidden manage subscriptions etc) I thought could be changed so I made some adjustments. - Changed how read/unread posts are displayed. - To remove the autohide: Remove the "AutoHide Nav Stuff" section
