I made this code because I am an online student working on a course run on Apex Software. The header bugged me, so I made this. This code removes the top header on Apex and moves the controls up to their proper place. NOTE: WILL ONLY WORK ON APEXLEARNING.COM!!! DOES NOT WORK ON APEXVS.COM!!!

This just gets rid of that black bar along the side of the forum, and makes the forum wider. Not much really. NOTE: There are a few glitches in this which I don't know if I can get rid of. D:

I used the origional code from http://userstyles.org/style/show/258, but updated it to include Maximinus' suggestion of making the menus sit side-by-side on the bottom, with the language bar in 5 columns.
