Fix for Reddit @ night (by nake89) - specifically the top navigation links (they were light-grey text with white backgrounds), "Submit new links" buttons and a few other similar things. Also hides the footer and subreddit bar - the CSS that does this is at the very end, and is clearly commented (if you wish to keep the subreddit bar or footer)

Removes a bunch of stuff from Youtube that I never use, or annoy me. No asinine comments, no embed links, no footer, no featured/promted videos, no adverts. Doesn't have any scrollbars on a 900px high screen (at any reasonable window size/screen-resolution). Still has the search bar, related videos, video info.
