This gets rid of the "List All Tabs" menu from the tab bar.
Remove icons in most places except the status-bar, tab-bar, and toolbar.
Remove the close, minimize and restore buttons from fullscreen mode.
Remove the bookmark star from the location/url/awesome bar.
Remove the drop-down arrow from the location/url/awesome bar.
Remove the Go arrow from the location/url/awesome bar. Note: It's for serious minimalists. I got tired of seeing the stupid "Go to" arrow show-up then disappear constantly. I also hated the drop-down arrow (seriously redundant). In fact there's nothing on my locationbar at all except a URL.
Remove the RSS icon from the location/url/awesome bar.
Currently just removes the "Grab" menu from Pixlr Grabber but it's easy enough to modify this to include whatever you want.
This removes the new tab plus sign from the tab bar.
This removes the Send Link and Open Link in New Window contextual menu-items.
