In case people want to change certain behaviours of Comprehensive "Newest" Facebook Redesign and Comprehensive Facebook Redesign [Inverted], this can be applied on top of it and if you comment in/out the appropriate sections. [i.e. Make sure to turn it on after you turn on the base style, otherwise it will not work] Among other things, it should make it play nicer with Facebook Fixer. Everything is, by default, commented out. Comment in what you want. Changelog: 18/08: Added Font-Size Changer for Steelsheen. Added Backgrounds and Curved Presence Bar for shadyblues. 1/08: Added thing to deal with Facebook Alter script. 25/07: Made popup help bar standard, removed option. 19/07: Added buttons to add attachments to profile posts back
This style changes fonts, makes things fit into smaller boxes, reduces the whitespace, adds a grey background, rounds edges, deletes ads, deletes junk, rationalizes buttons and boxes, and otherwise comprehensively redesigns Facebook. See end of code for deletes. Change as you like. I do check comments regularly, so if you have suggestions or find broken pages, report them there. Dark (Inverted) Version of this available by using (both of) these two styles: Facebook Inverted (and therefore Dark) and Comprehensive Facebook Redesign [Inverted]. February 2010: - Updating to newest changes. Am not going to spend too much work on it. September 2009: -- Unbroke. Some miscellaneous bug fixes (Button background-colour on the inverted version, e.g.) -- More miscellaneous bug fixes. August 2009: -- Reversed Facebook's latest changes. Let me know if I've missed anything. Update coming to darkened version soon. -- @ shadyblues. See Comp. Facebook Redesign Options for enabling backgrounds. -- Made the notifications tab look better. -- Made the help bar
This is a fork of my earlier Comprehensive "Newest" Facebook Redesign. It is to be used in concert with Facebook Inverted (and therefore Dark); this style primarily changes layout, that style is a colour-inverter. Turn that style on before you turn this one on. This style looks utterly horrendous without Facebook Inverted (and therefore Dark), so don't use it without the other. The same redesign pattern as in Comprehensive "Newest" Facebook Redesign holds. I'll check comments when I can, and fix any problems I come across. If it's of interest, I plan on using a combination of this and Facebook Inverted (and therefore Dark), so those will be the ones I focus on keeping updated. Well, when my computer's not in for repairs. It has now (April 28) been updated. A picture has also been added that shows how Facebook looks when Facebook Inverted (and therefore Dark) and this are both applied. There are a few bugs between the two styles which I haven't worked out. I'd prefer to be able to mark everything in this style another degree of importance, but I don't think that's possible. Also, there seems to be a bug in Firefox with the implementation
Gets rid of the Google blue colour-scheme and replaces it with dark grey. Also replaces all fonts with Corbel. As Wave is only in preview, this may break frequently. We'll see. PS: @ newname: if you don't like Corbel or dark or grey, then... well, not much for you here. Update Log: 09/12/08: Broken. May fix eventually. 09/11/16: Fixed pings.
DO NOT USE THIS BUTTON ==> This CSS wasn't designed, it was generated. Facebook's CSS structure is too convoluted to do otherwise if one wants to invert /everything/. Therefore, this is FAR bigger than the size allowed by userstyles.org. It clocks in at >1MB, but actually doesn't appear to kill my machine when running, so I'm happy. A sample of 60000-odd characters worth of rules is below. At blackwind's suggestion, I've moved the host to Google Sites: /* THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS DESCRIPTION */ http://sites.google.com/site/fbinvert/Home/facebookinvert.css /*END SHOUT TAGS*/ I recommend this be used in conjunction with Comprehensive Facebook Redesign [Inverted] (this is what I personally do). For example, that will fix the lines around the attachment items (by hiding them altogether!). The code I used to generate this (again, at blackwind's request) is also available there. http://sites.google.com/site/fbinvert/python-code Therefore, the following operations were performed (some manu
Because I reach this from Google, I've no interest in seeing anything else on their site other than the lyrics themselves. Therefore, I created this. If you want to see any part of their site other than the lyrics, don't use this.
