Styles
This style makes some readability changes to the Mozillazine site. It also changes the fonts so it looks more pleasant on Windows systems that don't offer clear type fonts (i.e. pre-XP). The changes are: - changes all fonts (except when a post quotes another post) to 10pt arial - changes to monospace font - increases line spacing - underlines all links - changes the colour of links when the cursor hovers above them Very minor update 2006-12-29: - increased quote box font size to 10pt. Originally felt that quotes simply looked better in 8pt, but agree that 10pt is better. Thanks to Valacar for the feedback - changed front page, main navigation bar hover colour to white instead of black (looks better on a dark green background)
Underlines all links, increases line spacing, changes main font to Lucida Grande and alters block font to Courier New. Looks good in Camino, probably not too shabby in Safari too.
Rather esoteric this one - trainee teachers in England have to arrange their QTS skills tests online. The site uses demonically small fonts - this style makes it more readable.
A simple, spare reworking of the userstyles site. Main features: * removed all rounded borders from boxes and links * increased line spacing * fixed sidebar width * all dimensions relative (defined in em units) Please note that Stylish will throw up several errors because the userstyles site uses lots of proprietary CSS (mainly to round borders); my style sheet has to refer to these properties in order to restyle them. Please ignore them! Apart from these errors, this CSS validates when put through the W3C Validator.
Makes The New Yorker readable. A slight bodge job - ALL fonts are changed to Georgia. Improvements: - Leading increased - Line break added after paragraphs - Fonts changed from Times to Georgia
Does a lot of tidying of the rivals network (as it likes to call itself). Many British football fanzines and unofficial sites use rivals.net (for example, the Ipswich Town twtd.co.uk), which is unfortunate, as they're plastered with ads, horrible fonts, cramped text, useless images etc. Not any more, though! 20070213 - updated to get rid of new Rivals links that recently appeared at the bottom of every page
Makes the following changes: - Removes the profile box. This means that the 'Hey There!' box is removed and the little birdie sits on the user's photo - Changes twitter font to lucida 14px. Increases line height - Twitter text entry box font changed to monospace - Links prettified Not much changed as it's pretty excellently designed anyway!
Links in Mozillazine forum posts are not underlined. This makes it difficult for some readers to spot a link within a post. This extremely simple style remedies the problem while respecting the site's choice of link colours.
