This is a full cleanup of Engadget.com, Engadget Mobile, Engadget HD, and Engadget Alt. I also wrote a similar userstyle for Anandtech: Anandtech - Minus Garbage Plus Width (Dec 2011) Removed: * entire right column * ads * gray AOL header * header bar of six recent features * top stories box of last day or two's biggest stories * 'latest posts' bar above first story * facebook 'like' button, digg boxes, and other meta stuff * footer link mess * black footer * CTIA, CES, etc event banners Changed: * widened everything to fill the now-hidden right column's space * centered images, videos, etc * stretched search box to fill available space Not Changed: * text sizes * fonts * pictures/logos * background/text colors Let me know if you find anything I missed, or if you have any suggestions.

This style removes the ad panel from Gmail or Google Apps Mail, relocates the action links (Print all, new window, etc.) from the side bar to above the mail subject, and widens the mail content area. ****** DEPRECATED ****** This is not working anymore after the update that brought the "People" widget in the right side column. It may be replaced by GMail - People Widget Drawer (with ad blocking).

"Just Hotmail Thank You", is for people who don't want to see anything but Hotmail when go to check their email..no promotional links to other services like Calendar, Spaces, Live Search nor links to sponsors or advertisers nor splash pages about "Today". This style is as simple a style as they come, a just couple lines of CSS code to hide the half a dozen or so elements that aren't part of actual Hotmail functionality. Hides: A - "Windows Live" header which upon mouse over displays a long list to the myriad of other MSN servers B - "Ad Banner Header" C - "Live Search textbox" + buttons to "Spaces" and other arbitrary services D - Shortcuts to "Today" and "Calendar" near the "Contacts" E - "Ad Module" F - "Switch to Classic" promo text box Don't forget to go into "Hotmail > Options > Today page settings" and set it to "Skip the Today page and take me straight to my inbox" which tells Hotmail to drop you right into your messages when you login.
