This style is inspired by Google Search Fixed Topbar(http://userstyles.org/styles/2411), Google Multi Column (http://userstyles.org/styles/3613) and Liner Note's style(http://note.openvista.jp/2008/customizing-google-with-user-css/).

I recommend to use this style with AutoPagerize(http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/8551).
