Removes a bunch of stuff from Youtube that I never use, or annoy me. No asinine comments, no embed links, no footer, no featured/promted videos, no adverts.

Doesn't have any scrollbars on a 900px high screen (at any reasonable window size/screen-resolution). Still has the search bar, related videos, video info.
