In the Livejournal contextual hover menu, removes the "Add friend", "Remove friend", "Watch Community", "Stop Watching", "Join Community", "Leave", "Ban user", and "Send a virtual gift" links.

Update 01-30-09: The "Ban user" link is removed.
Update 10-05-08: The "Send a virtual gift" link is removed.
Update 11-14-07: The "Send message" link is not removed.
