1/1/12 - If you're going to take my coding, at least credit back.

Fixed the following to suit the new dashboard layout:
- The blue/green on customize, search, following to a purple to match.
- Permalink
- Scroll to the top
- Now applied to all pages
- Circular Default Icons

I also replaced Fifi Lapin icons with something more suitable for all.
