For use with Vista Aero! Fx 3.6, default theme+Glasser! Did not test under any other conditions!
Tab Mix Plus has this option to show the tabs preview panel (can be also activated by a boolean browser.ctrlTab.previews set to true). This style changes the display to glass and soft hover border (instead of the default black).
It is hard to make a decent shot under 75KB, better shots:

02/05/10 - changed tabs labels to bold, added shadow to tabs thumbs, changed the hover bg for both panels from the ugly black to a transparent gray as seen on the screeny below, added 'a la vista' borders.
