Combined into another style. Use Google Reader - Segoe UI/Lucida Grande Reskinned instead.

Relatively light changes to the default theme including:
- Highlight unread items.
- Blue folder icons.
- Transparent black loading message.
- Change of font to Segoe UI, Frugiter, or Lucida Grande (in that order, depending on installed fonts).
- Increased default font size.
- Increased line-spacing for easier reading.
Best used in conjunction with the Google Reader Minimalistic Greasemonkey Script to hide the top area:

And to remove unused sections, e.g. Explore, People you follow, like the screenshot, install:
