I stripped the script from Star button + Location bar: Safari 4 way to isolate the Fission loading bar.
I used this style on a Mac, but it should also work with Mac-style Firefox themes on a PC.
NOTE: with just about any other theme, you'll need to adjust the margin-top and margin-bottom to fit the Fission progress bar into the urlbar. Adjust the margin until it looks right.
SUB-NOTE: Apparently adding a ">" on line 5 of the code fixed the margin differences. If I'm wrong, comment below.
