To be used with the Cookie Culler ext. (http://cookieculler.mozdev.org/ or https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/82).
IMPORTANT! You need my Glass dialog windows for full editor window glass effect. And try it with the Glass URL and Search bars addition.

10/23/09 - added transparent scrollbar to work with my Glass scrollbar - silver. If you don't use it, just comment the top block of the code.
02/01/10 - combined the options dialog and manager, new buttons borders and hover.
