* Modified buttons, all states styled: active, hover, inactive, focus, drop down clicked
* Thick border thinned down to 1px wide
* No ads, but right-sidebar utility links are still available
* Increased font-size in side bar navigation
* Compose Email text-area restrained to 540px wide
* Slight gradient over menu bar and email rows
* Increase padding around email rows and menu bar
* Underline removed for links, visible on roll-overs

Compatible with all Gmail themes.

@skrell I left plenty of comments in the CSS so you can tweak it to your liking. To return the Compose Mail textarea back to full width, just delete these lines:
