Inspired by Blogger Wide Screen Editor by HannibalSmith but less code, fills the width of the browser window and only applies to the edit page instead of the whole Blogger domain.

Tested 22-June-2009.

21-Feb-2010: Made title input box full width of table cell (though not full width of the page).
