Tooltips and menus inspired from the Yahoo! Toolbar for Firefox.

UPDATE: Changed tabs, removed URL autocomplete dropmarker animation Also, added notification changes. It should look much better now.

UPDATE: Changed autocomplete font color and menu separator settings.

UPDATE: Changed the menu style, adding a custom highlight for buttons, change the bookmarks toolbar's buttons and what they look like, both inactive and hovered. Added custom toolbar support with thanks to HK
