Replaces the generic file favicon. This image should work on light and dark bg - the image is a transparent (empty) square with a black inset border. Tested on Vista/Aero with Glasser mod by Ambroos ( http://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=673940 ).
Style is based on Firefox - Hide Default favicons by ChoGGi. Thanks, ChoGGi!
10/16/09 - should now work without TMP as well.
01/11/10 - added a code to show the default throbber while a tab is loading - thanks to Barbiegirl! It is commented at the bottom.
If you're NOT using a style for throbber and/or want to see the default one, UNcomment the bottom block.
11/04/10 - for Mf/Fx4, commented the border. If you want it back, uncomment the last line of the first block.
