Styles the Google Reader loading image.

The image is a resized version of the loading image in Greased Lightbox - http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/3400

Update 01: Incorporated Weishun's code to remove the 'loading' text
Update 02: Fixed the image to make it look more centred
