The sidebar is located under the Tabbar.
When the sidebar is opened, it prevents that the tabbar shrinks.
This style is based on "Firefox 3 Tabs at the Top" By Sabeur.
[Known Issue]
In fullscreen mode, empty box is remained at the top of the sidebar.
