Makes the favicon in the Location (URL) Bar have the same basic appearance as the search engine icon in the Search Bar. This way, the Location and Search bars have a more balanced appearance, especially when combined with Unhide Searchbars Autocomplete Dropmarker by Greg S.

2006-11-02: initial version.
2007-01-23: Further improved compatibility with Fission's link mouse-over option (several bits were there to keep it from breaking completely already): the special image that replaces the favicon on mouseover of links is now kept centered (as it is normally) instead of moved to the top left.
2007-01-30: Fisson's icon when hovering links was in some rare cases 1px too far right, now ensures it will always be centered.
