This optimizes the iGoogle screen real estate by getting rid of wasted space.

Does the following to iGoogle:
- Hide search header
- Hide footer
- Hide user messages
- Gray background (easier on the eyes)
- Condenses whitespace
- Hide the "full screen" icons
- Compact and un-round the gadget header bars
