I finally figured out the selectors needed to modify the download box in firefox, so this is a preliminary style that gives it a dark theme.
If you normally have your download box set up as an independent window, then this style is good to go for you. If you normally have your download box in the sidebar, see the last comment in the code, and uncomment the last part of the style.
